  The time is not just great I know, but it will end soon. Again the virus has entered our lives without knocking, everyone is in fear, what's next, who's next? But you know what, the best medicine is not paracetamol. The best medicine is your strong mentality, to recover from this soon, to be with your loved ones and enjoy again the freedom of being you and to do what you love to do. Your family can't come nearby you to take care of, but they are with you mentally, they are thinking about you every single time.  Your mom is thinking my bacha(my child) will get well soon. Your beloved is praying for your recovery so that they can be with you ASAP. Each and every person is praying for you and want to be with you, this time is making everyone realise how important is you for them and can't afford to lose you. And want you to heal soon and get back with them with laughter to enjoy with and the yummy recipes to try again in this lockdown. My favourites are suffering from th

IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK♥

It's ok not to be ok sometimes. It's not about the mood swings we girls get to while our periods maybe the boys have mood swings too without being on periods. It's about not feeling good while nothing is going right or as per plan and it's totally fine to be upset at that time. It's ok to give time to oneself without being harsh and hard for that time. 

Be gentle and soft with you in that process. Offer yourself some good dark chocolates or a cup of amazing coffee with some delicious cookies. Give a treat to yourself for not being ok at that time. we always celebrate while we are happy and excited but why don't we celebrate our bad time? When we need it the most. 

We always want to be happy but why not sad, irritated, angry or adventurous? As humans we have the freedom to express ourselves and also we have so many feelings to express rather than being happy only, so why not use all the expression freely without thinking of being judged and hatred. 

The one who understands you loves you and stands with you no matter what, handle all your mood swings is the one who is worthy of you and your time. That is the person we should always cherish in our life for being with us and not only he /she but also we should be there for him /her when he needs us.
